Green Brown lives in a world where the One-Name system is employed, in an attempt to eliminate overpopulation. Parents must apply for a name before having a child. The name must be approved before they can conceive the child. If not, the child will be killed at birth.
This is the story of a girl in love with her best friend, her best friend who happens to have a boyfriend.
