P.A.T.G is a poetic tale about a princess on a quest to slay an evil Giant. The story is plainly and elegantly told in simple rhyme. The  setting includes some of the usual races you may be familiar with in a fantasy story like The Hobbit or Harry Potter, such as faeries, serpents, monsters, pirates, mermaids, and goblins. In addition, it has some races with which you may not be so familiar, like Humrecs and Srellik. The plot contains romance, power, tyranny, anger, unrequited love, betrayal, friendship, loss, redemption, and intrigue. The Giant is also a metaphor, which we will leave for you to figure out. A collection of deliciously, dark poems. #3 in Poetry - 9/6/18 I hope you enjoy and any time taken to read, is greatly appreciated and if you wanted to hit the little vote button or comment, you will have my eternal gratitude. H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems. All images featured were found via Bing Search, online.

Fairy tales, like music and poetry, are a language known to every soul no matter the culture, time, or place. Travel 'over the hills and faraway,' with these varied tales of Faerie and for a little while reclaim the wonder and joy peculiar to a childlike heart. This is a book of contrasts, a stewpot wherein anything and everything might lurk with each spoonful a different taste: high adventure and complete nonsense, serious quests and silly meanderings, real poetry and doggerel verse, one moment grave as death and blithe as a lark the next. As in life, the world of story and Faerie in particular is a varicolored, ever shifting landscape of joy and sorrow, laughter and tears, adventure and quietude. Each story is preceded by a bit of verse or a quotation that may or may not be relevant, many of them are inspired by old nursery rhymes as one wonders what came of the original tale beyond the little passed down from time immemorial to the wondering hearts of children through the ages. Life is a story and with these bits and pieces of story, this crazy quilt of whimsy as it were, perhaps it will add a little more wonder to your own.

Beware the night, Child of Light. ******************************** For such an epic fairy tale, i was saddened that it was only in a video game form. What about the book readers? what about the children who could not afford the game itself? Therefore I decided to be a narrator, to write one, a fan fiction (retaining the rhyming style in my writing) for all those who did not know about such a story; children, adults, and all who still have the child's heart within (him/her)self.
