Meet Allison Lane, a sixteen year old girl living in Philadelphia. For Allison, her teenage years aren't anything she is proud of. She has never had a boyfriend, went to a party, or has had any of those typical teen moments. Allison is just a girl who spends her Fridays enjoyably browsing through Tumblr on her laptop. Everything changes when Allison's mom get a new job. She moves to California and starts a new life. Allison goes through many adventures during the summer including meeting very outgoing friends and a particular bad boy she can't stop looking at. Spending her summer in California gives Allison the life she never imagined possible.
