This collection of poems come from a private journal I kept during my time in a mental hospital. It was an exceptionally dark time for me, and writing was my only outlet. I hope that you all enjoy this journey into the depths of my mind. Again these poems are one hundred percent original and mine

A piece of me. A place to open all my wounds and share my joy. All the poetry here is personal to me. Writing is an escape for me, and only through writing can I put my thoughts and emotions out into the world honestly. Each piece is dated, the day I wrote that poem or some day close to it. This is a poetic documentation of my life's journey so far as well as show my growth as a writer.
