Iris Alderidge has not had it easy, to say the least. Her life was turned upside down, because of what happened to her a year prior. She has always felt a sort of numbness- - sadness. But everything used to be better. She used to feel okay, with him. With Sebastian Miller. They were friends since Iris was born, Sebastian only being four months older. She thought that her and Seb would be friends forever. Maybe even grow up and get married. But, he left her, just like everyone else. Just a month before her life went to shit. Got worse than she had ever thought it would be, ever imagined. And now, she has to try and navigate how to live without him. Or so she thought. Until one party changed everything between them. But, she also has to try and fix herself. With the help of her grandma, her best friend Allyson, and possibly Sebastian.

Just like any other small town, Reef's Paradise has its own stories and secrets. Most of such stories are known to all the residents but unknown to the newcomer, Abbie. One such intriguing story is about the Light House, located at the far end of the town on a deserted beach. There is something about the stories, and the Light House itself that attracts Abbie even before she finds out a secret, hiding in it. This is a story about Abbie's journey to self-discovery, to learn what love and care truly mean. Being a teenager is not easy nor is peeling off layers of masks, especially when you have them on for so long. "I've been here just for a few months and I'm going to die. I've only seen the sun like ten times! Ten times. No wonder everbody in here is turning pale and gross. My TAN IS GONE. I'm a fucking snowman. Look how WHITE I AM!" He exclaimed. A few nearby people looked over along with their doctors. ~~~~~~~~~~ Iris Thomson was just a normal girl. Until she turned four years old, from then every night she'd be visited by a monster named the nightcrawler. It would physically hurt her and nobody else would ever see it but her. The tall rag doll looking monster with sewn shut eyes and the widest smile breaking into various people's houses, killing their pets, stealing etc. She was thrown into a crazy hospital where she met new friends and enemies. Many secrets about her monster is uncovered and this might be the start to a problem a lot larger than Iris had thought.
