Ryota Kise is a lonely young male. He lives in a mansion with his overprotective mother. She decides to commission an artist to create something to immortalize her sons unquie beauty. Enter Tetsuya Kuroko.

A small no discrept artist, he comes up with a wo derous design. Haveing studied the woman's unusual grandiose tastes, he goes above the beyond in his elaborate design of a water fountain  delighted by this, Madame Kise hires the small blue haired male.

Ryota is taken with the quiet small figure. He begins to spend most of his time with the person who has stolen his imagination. Could Kuroko be his way to freedom? Could anyone love his self centered personality? Ryota Kise hopped he could being the blue haired male around to his way of life.
