summary time!
(this story will be taking place after todoroki fight with dabi....in the manga if you know you know.)
after the villain war is over todoroki frequently goes to visit touya.  Though touya hasn't said a word to him all this time todoroki still hopes he can get through to him.  later on Deku tells Shoto he has something to tell him.
