Separated at birth and raised in two different families, the twins Svajone Lourdes Belle Hart (the girly, and caring probinsiyana) and Catania Lorelai Kills (the badass and fiesty city girl) couldn't be more different.
Growing up, Svajone experienced having that kind of family with full of love. This made her into a person ready to share the love she receives. While growing up, Catania experienced a normal teenager wouldn't have -- being a mother to her so called brothers, which made her into that strong and independent woman everyone would admire.
But after fate puts them both in the city of Manila, they question the life they've been living for so long and starts to find the true answers of whom they really are. Not knowing that along the way they would not only find answers for their true identities but the true meaning of sacrifice, forgiveness and most of all love.
