Five friends are all convicted of a gruesome massacre, to then be sent to the Valdis-Aeron Institute for the Criminally Insane. This institution holds the most hardcore psychotics in the country and it will take all of the girls to work together to survive. Even at times, try to trust and enlist the help of convicted killers and the clinically insane. Will any of them survive?
