Your determination to be the best setter on Aoba Johsai's boys volleyball team grows as you knew you would not lose to Oikawa Tohru. Having no fear, just anger, you compete against Oikawa at Tryouts. You were so close to first, you almost won.. but Oikawa beat you, and took first. You dont make it to Aoba Johsais high school, not volleyball team. However, in defeat, you now attend Karasuno High School! Your determination to win againts Oikawa never faded, and only grew as you became a manager for the volleyball team, along with Kiyoko and Yachi.
