In the Devil's clutches, the Sins shall rise.

The wonderful land of Develdion. Filled to the brim with magical beings of many types, like fairies, giants, dragons, as well as the simple humans who live alongside them. It is a place full of magic and peace, with many nations ruling over certain parts of the continent. Life in this place couldn't be more peaceful.

Or at least, that's how it was in the past.

Thousands of years ago, the Demon of Sin, Apollyon, arrived from the realm known as the Purgatory, and ravaged the once beautiful lands of Develdion. He took control over all sentient lifeforms in the land, and controlled them into committing various sins, poisoning the minds and souls of humans, giants, fairies, and many other races, plunging all of Develdion into a bloody war.

It was only through the intervention of his seven brainwashed subordinates, each of a different race, and each bearing a fraction of Apollyon's might in the form of a particulary vicious sin, who managed to free their minds of his manipulation, betrayed Apollyon and imprisoned him in the very Purgatory he crawled out of. These seven people were revered as heroes, and soon managed to bring peace back to Develdion once more.

However, the danger never truly left. Before he was imprisoned, Apollyon cursed the land of Develdion to be eternally plagued by a cursed creation of his, a race of vicious beasts later dubbed as Devils. Until his return, the Devils would plague Develdion, taking many lives, and ruining nations.

Hope isn't yet lost, however, for the seven heroes are fated to return. Their combined might shall break the dark hold the Devils and their master have on Develdion. Apollyon better prepare, for Develdion shan't fall so easily.

It is time, for the Seven Deadly Sins to rise again.
