The story unfolds with a house being on fire, and a little Romanian boy being pulled from it as the only one alive. He is saved by none other then Vincest Leone, whom pulls him out of the burning house and out to a ambulance to get looked over, but there was one tiny problem the boy was now a orphan, with no home, no family and didn't speak good english. So they took him in and raised him as their own, until he became a adult and moved out, wanting to have a place of his own. Accept what will happen when many years later, he learns the truth about what really happened with how the fire that supposedly took and killed his biological parents got started, along with his whole life history about being adopted, not once but possibly twice is revealed?
