Most of us know Stefan and Damon's story, right? What if Katherine had a sister but to keep her safe she made Emily cast a spell on her older sister. A spell that fooled everyone except the few vampires that knew the truth. Everyone thought the last name was none other than coincidence but Damon was sneaky, at first he wasn't intentionally trying to find out if she was truly Katherine's sister until he over heard a conversation between the two. Damon fell in love with Anastasia but Katherine's control over Damon clouded this love. Katherine cared for Anastasia who was not the confident person she was known as when she was human. After Katherine turned her she went through some issues and Katherine helped her through them which brought them close and made everyone believe Anastasia was the younger sister.
