I forced myself up from the floor and sprinted away. I hadn't thought further ahead then go. I hadn't thought of a direction to go, let alone where an exit would be. You and Newt are seemingly made for each other, you made it through raw torture together and fought like hell to stay that way. But life rarely plays so fair. This book does not stay 100% true to The Maze Runner plot, but most things are the same. I own only a few characters and settings such as y/n (your name) and Felix. All rights to James Dashner.
