Mod physics 100 x Mod's aunt (oc)

In this story mod's aunt who was adopted and also born with powers. After a long vacation with her adopted Son and pets move in next door to him. She learns that he has powers and tries to help him. Little do you know that mod's so called master (Reigen) was a old classmate of hers who had a crush on her. Enjoy 😉
