Bucky Barnes was starting to feel some semblance of peace, one that he had been craving for since his time in Wakanda. Though not the same, but it was there. He had taken Sam's words to heart and started making amends, truly making them - his list of names getting smaller every time.
But peace is overrated, it seems.
When children are reported missing and eventually turning up dead with traces of the serum in their blood, Bucky is forced to seek help from a past acquaintance - the last name on his list.
