I know that there a ton of these but I really don't care I am writing one.
When Rayne "Ray" Alexandria Attanasio finds out that her parents have died in a car crash. After getting kicked out of the fifth foster home she was moved into they decide to have her go to an orphanage any where in the country.
She decides on going to London since that is where she has wanted to live ever since she was a little girl.
