Nightmare, God of Negativity, had been imprisoned in a tree for millennia as a punishment for his crimes, with no hope of ever being released. At least until two brats stumbled into his clearing and inexplicably managed to break the seal. Nightmare didn't know whether to consider himself lucky or to say goodbye to his quiet days.
