At the same time Christopher Chadsworth, the cruel and evil father of the rebellious mammoth of a teenager Chadley Chadsworth, has his eyes set on the big prize, however for all the wrong reasons. Will he be able to reach his destiny of becoming chief of police or will he fail like so many others before him?
