After a death bed promise from her mom that she would look after her sister and she won't break that promise. Will the fosters help them rediscover faith and miracles again ? This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
