"Juvia..." The tone he used made her heart shatter as he reached out for her. 

"Just go away, I'm worthless to you." She wrapped her arms around her abdomen, feeling bile rise in her throat with every second of their conversation. He looked at her with worry consuming his eyes. 

"No you're not, how many times to I have to tell you that you mean so much to me? Don't make me worry like this..." He approached her, holding her limp hands with his cold ones. She quickly yanked them out of his grasp, feeling guilty with ever passing minute. 

She felt like a burden, she felt like all she ever did was make everyone worry.

Make him worry. 

After all, all she ever did was bother him...

All she ever did...was bother him...

She was a bother to him...

A pest...

She needed to leave...

She couldn't take it anymore...

Before he could utter another word, she looked up at him for the first time with tears cascading down her face. The sight was enough to leave anyone motionless.

And the next words she spoke, made him do just that...

"I've ruined your life, Gray."
