My chest filled with a searing pain, matching the intensity of the tremors of the earth. I had to go home to make sure my Ma and Pa were okay. .... Then everything went dark when I lost my footing and fell. ------- A new job. A new mission. More of these tiresome demons, I thought. As I walked through the sand, I noticed a hand peeking out from under a strangely shaped pile of the crimson sediments. Cautiously, I kicked the sand away and poked at the foreign looking face of the strange looking man lying on the ground with my dagger. It was an angel. I, who was trying to avoid the demons currently hunting these angels, just found one of their potential targets on accident. This is not going to end well, I sighed and turned around to walk away. "Wait!" He called out. Description: - In a world where the regions of the Angels and Demons are parallel, the kingdom of Angels suddenly falls apart, and the Angels fall. Demons go insane trying to hunt them, their cores, and their powers. Myrah, just your average wine addicted demon tries to avoid the whole situation until she meets a handsome, and unconscious angel sleeping in the Pits of Aven. She reluctantly helps him, with a scheme hidden up her sleeve, not knowing how much trouble and joy this one being would bring her. And Siris, that unlucky angel, awakens in a whole other world. In a desperate attempt to get back to his family, he partners up with Myrah and sets his trust in her. Mistakes will be made. - And under the facade of righteousness lies deceit and malice. A rebellion hell bent on tearing the world apart and rebuilding it in their own twisted vision. An attempt to repay an ancient sin. There's no turning back. (Disclaimer: this is a draft of a story, I appreciate any helpful feedback and will try to update often. I will also be making a cover, it will just take some time:) In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my story and end up coming back for the final book when it is done. Thank you for your time!)

I will not feed the site in question more of my content. However, if I delete this book, it won't be deleted there, so I would lose all evidence that this story is mine originally. I'm sorry, but I'm only one of thousands of victims of the blatant and egregious plagiarism and copyright infringement made by the repulsive website I found my content on.*** For millennia, a magical barrier around the Sand Sea prevented an endless force of darkness from drowning the world. As long as the barrier held, the world was allowed to forget about the shadowbeasts of legend. Until now. Gale, a young mage-in-training aching to prove herself, is sent on a simple job to handle the purported animal attacks the desert people seem unable to fend off any longer. Believing the tales of shadowbeasts to be superstitious fancy, she expects to encounter nothing more than mirages and whispers on the wind. What she finds is hatred given form and vengeance given flesh, waiting for the moment to strike. The barrier is weakened, wavering, and an ancient enemy is gathering its strength to break free of its eternal prison. Gale must find a way to restore the barrier, or else die in a war millennia in the making.
