There is a legend whispered among humans. One of the monsters living under the mountain...
You live in the small, secluded town that lies beneath the immensely enormous Mt Ebbot, a serene and peaceful place with small inhabitants. And in this small town, words spread like wildfire.
When you hear of a human child going missing in the dark woods upon Mt Ebbot, curiosity boils over. You must figure out what has happened to this small child and bring them home. The only thing that'll hold you back? The legend that has been told for generations, the legend that says, "Once you climb that mountain, you shall never return."
But something keeps you going on.
You're filled with Determination.

Undertale is an amazing video-game RPG made by the awesome musician Toby Fox. All of the characters in this book belong to him, but I'm using them to make something different. My friend has proof-read these chapters as they release, and they said for me to recommend listening to the Undertale Soundtrack while reading! Have fun. :)

Fallen Under is a full-length fan-novel of the game 'Undertale' set in 'Underfell'. This work will not have anything sexually explicit, though there is a (major) gore warning. It is light of heart, but some dark themes including suicide, abuse, and murder are explored. Mt. Ebott is famous for the woods that a child may wander into and never return. In legend, monsters snapped up children from villages, hid in dark corners, and ate the souls of the weak or unprepared. When a young child chooses to flee into the mountain rather than face human capture, they find out that these monsters might not just be characters in old children's stories. Frisk Foster, an eight-year-old child cursed by hereditary blindness, falls into a cavern full of merciless monsters, all of which want nothing more than to steal their soul. Armed with only their sense of justice and kindness, Frisk must travel across the underground to get back home. Yet when faced with the terrible truth of the consequence of their escape, can they truly find the will to complete their mission?
