Tammy has cancer and her best friend Kiki just died. Tammy claims to know as much as one is able to know from novels and music; what she didnt know, was that Kiki has a twin brother who is alive and healthy. When they are both mentioned in Kiki's will and told to read a letter that is, for some strange reason addressed to both of them when neither knew of the others existence, they'll learn that there's a lot to figure out on how to live, when you've both already lost.
