In a world divided by war, resources ran low and everything possible was done to strictly maintain the population size. The run changed everything after its development 10 years ago. With the threat of a invasion from neighbouring cities looming, the run separated the weak from the strong, ultimately singling those out who had the potential to fight during war. And the rest, well, a fate worse than death awaited them.
What would u do if your journey was set out for you ? Born into a disease-ridden world, Maggie had everything set out for her- grow, learn, train and most importantly follow through with that training. She was taught not to stray, to be cautious and to have one clear goal- don't miss the checkpoints.
Growing up, this seemed achievable and something Maggie would be more than capable of. But, age 18, Maggie now found herself released from the place she had once called home during the run. Her own two feet would now take her on a long journey of discovery, forcing her to make the one decision she thought she would never have to make- stay on the path she was taught or venture and hope there was something better for her.

This book is based of a dream I had, but there are some similarities to books like divergent, the maze runner and the hunger games. If you're a fan of these series, then you'll probably really like this book!!!

Something I can't understand" There's a new student at Hogwarts when Harry returns for his third year. She is loud and impulsive but also has a lot of secrets. Secrets that she only seems to share with the new DADA teacher. Amaris Lovec missed out on her first two years at Hogwarts, as well as any interaction with children her age before she attends the school. She finds it difficult to adjust to her new way of life away from her pureblood fanatic father and the isolated world she grew up in, finding magical creatures much easier to understand. Despite being an Outcast, she manages forms strong bonds with the other school misfits and creates a pack that is greater than the divisions of the four houses. This story will be the plot of the Harry Potter series from the perspective of my characters with their own adventures added in. Disclaimer: the universe of the Wizarding World belongs to that author, the only thing that belongs to me are the characters I have slotted into her story. I'm not going to be writing out the entire plot of the Harry Potter books so you will need a basic knowledge of what happens in them to fully understand my story (which I'm guessing you'll have because you wouldn't be reading a Harry Potter fanfiction if didn't). Confessional: The Doctor's Cut
The big names of horror have all been found, caught, and detained. A new program leader at Rockwell's Facility, built and made for criminals who could only plead insanity to there horrid crimes, decides that investigations of the serial killers are a need. In the right side of the building is where the world's worst nightmares rest and only one psychiatrist has been assigned all of them. She seems weak, scared, and not at all competent. Except, is she really scared? Or is she appealing to a serial killers ego? Little do the new slasher friends know, but she had a lot more to do with putting them in their cages than her outward appearance suggests. A psychiatrist who loves the hunt. A women who knows how to bend her image to get what she wants. As the killers begin to find out that there is another monster roaming the halls, an incident involving the power and a forced reboot show the true strength of the wolf in sheep's clothing. (Y/n) never expected to become their favorite of all things, but atleast this way, she gets all the information she needs. A plan is being formed, killers are forcing away their antisocial instincts to work together, and she is non the wiser. Pairings (Platonic? Romantic?
