The whole story had been pasted on here from fanfiction.net. I learned on TV tropes that the original author mysteriously disappeared along with this story from the site, so the user TheWallHaveEarsEddy reposted the story on the platform here:

It's been 3 years since Tord was last seen in the Kingdom called Stardies. No one has reported anything about him after he got exiled. But little do they know that the man with caramel horns still craves for blood. He didn't get his revenge. Yet in the shadows he has built his own empire, his own army and his own business. When The King of Stardies, Edd, banned the hunting culture that comes to dragons, some of the civilians were not happy with the solution. Weapons that are made of dragons are way more powerful than normal ones. That's why the black market has increased its popularity among the rebellious, criminals, soldiers and other vague people. But one day everything went wrong. Dragons were gone. The forest that before was full of different types of dragons was now just a big tree labyrinth. Not a scale in sight. However, there was one exception. The Midnight Pearl. But why is that? Where did other dragons go? Where did the Midnight Pearl go and where did it come from? What is it? The king Edd Gold has finally had enough of their little problem. Problem...called Dragons. They are eating cattle of Edd's people. They even eat those unlucky ones who happen to be in their way. In other words, they won't only eat animals, they eat those poor humans as well. Edd and his loyal right hand man Tord Larkins, will pass a new dragon law. When the law comes into force, it gives the soldiers permission to kill those sickening lizards, and eat them instead. The dragon slayer also has license to make armor or weapons of a dragon's skull, bones, scale or claws etc. However, behind Edd's back, something is lurking, and that something is way worse than the ravages of dragons. _____ !TRIGGER WARNINGS! : Gore, animal and human abuse and inappropriate language.
