Queen Star Butterfly's second reign has brought the continent of Mewni peace and prosperity! In the city of Earth-ni, Star creates a new University to help those across the multiverse complete their college degrees. With her best friend/boyfriend Marco Diaz by her side,  they attend the University and make new friends along the way.

But trouble is once again brewing! Opening the doors to the multiverse can have unexpected side effects.

Following the end of Toffee's second insurrection, Star's old nemesis Mina Loveberry returns! She's seeking revenge at the Queen at any cost! As she gathers an army of the most dastardly and wicked villains  of the whole multiverse to unseat the Queen,  Mewni's fate becomes perilous!
