You're born with powers and have them from day one so the main character. has always known they wouldn't have any powers but they choose to be petty and become a hero anyway. I started watching Re:Zero and now I'm obsessed with it. I also like My Hero and am also obsessed with it. What did I do? Made a story. Izuku Midoriya was born into the world without a quirk. Alone, being assaulted by Bakugo everyday, he cracks. He wants to become a hero, but can he without a quirk... but does he actually not have one? Read how Izuku goes from being a worthless, depressed teen to figuring out a hidden power and becoming a hero!

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
