Between the realms of Heaven and Hell lies the realm known as Purgatory, where angels and demons are tasked with helping or tempting human souls in their efforts to achieve final salvation. However, some humans have unfinished business on Earth they wish they could fix. Fortunately, there is the Heavenly Ordained Problem Enders (H.O.P.E). Lead by their founder, Blitz (the o is silent), he works with his adopted niece, Loona, and married couple Moxxie and Millie in their efforts to head to the human world and do your last request for a small fee.

Episode 3 "Heart of Greed": Loona feels that she's not getting the respect nor attention she deserves from both her family and her crush, but it's because she might be acting a bit greedy for both. Her friend Keenie believes she needs to go through a special kind of therapy that will help her with her greed issue. It works at first, but soon Loona starts acting weird for her desires, especially when it looks like Collin might be having a new girlfriend. Is it really a problem deep inside or does the Doctor taking care of her have ulterior motives?

Lilith, formally known as Celine, lived with her parents in the Greed Ring, being close to Mammon and his inner circle. But on her ninth birthday, a bunch of demons broke into he house and killed her parents with angelic weapons right in front of her. They would've killed her and made off with their loot if Paimon didn't show up, saving her but the demons got away. Paimon instructed Stella and Stolas to take care of her in the meantime until they could track down the demons who killed Celine's parents. Even if they just had Octavia, the two took her with open arms, and Stella grew attached to her. Hilda was born and grew up in the Gluttony's Ring, but lived in the Pride Ring for the first ten years of her life, her mother died in childbirth and her father abandoned her. Luckily, Queen Beelzebub brought her into her home with open arms, but the two have a sister-relationship rather than a mother-and-daughter one. When she was ten, she met Blitz and kept in contact with him. There is also a demon duel, but we'll save that for later. However, then on, Blitzo and Stolas ask you to 'accompany' them to Ozzie's, and you accept...or do you decline? From there on, drama starts happening. Fearing his old gang will recruit or hurt his younger brother, he asks H.O.P.E. to protect him and help him move on with his death. The angels will find it quite a challenge as Zac is stubborn and hindered with grief but they're determined to help him as best as they can.
