Amnesia

Just think about this question, can leaving your bag in a meeting room change your life so much that at one point you don’t know who you are? Well for Jennifer Hardy it did.

High school is one of them times when you want to forget a lot of the people there but not when the high school geek happens to now be a hot and successful business man.

As Jennifer and Richard grow closer and find new feelings for one another they begin new lives full of love and hope rather than their previous ones full of solitude. However, this isn't a fairy tale so there will be problems in their relationship that will test their love.

Will some things be too much for them or will they fight for their love to be eternal? Not all the problems they will face will be huge and life changing but when you forget everything about yourself and everyone you love, how do you cope will your life?

Next thing I feel my feet and legs moving as I’m running to the bathroom in a flood of tears as the diners at the restaurant stare at me, the teary girl. Hearing glass shatter to the floor the faint call of my name is the only noise I can hear and when I feel a cold hand around my wrist it just makes me run away faster, away from him and my lost memories.

Soon I fall to the floor of the bathroom. Alone.

Crawling over to the door I lock it as loud knocks resonate from the other side. Knowing exactly who they are from I ignore them.

Slumped on the floor with my back against the door the tears are streaming down my face I remind myself of what I know from my life. I remember meeting Richard for the first time when were young and ending up in different crowds, meeting him after, I don’t know how many, years later when I left my handbag.

What I remember most, what gives me nightmares every time I sleep is the fight we had, the one that changed my life.
