Melantha Washington, following the Battle of Hogwarts, had lost much of her youth and family to the wolves. Being friends with the famous Harry Potter throughout her school career, Melantha had gotten used to a troublesome life and after putting an end to the Second Wizarding War, there are many pieces to pick up -- from taking care of her orphaned nephew and cousin, gruelling hours in the Wizarding Courtrooms and taking over the werewolf research left behind by her late brother.

And all while doing so, the last person that Melantha Washington expected to see wander into her office for work is Draco Malfoy -- a former enemy, and maybe something... unexpectedly more.
