Knowing that The spider hates Sebastian makes him feel quite sad, so he tries to get rid of these emotions that have made him miserable. But that's what Sebastian is assuming, maybe Claude does feel something for the Raven, he could be hiding it behind a blank face with Beautiful golden eyes.
