Dylan goes from running with one sketchy crowd to another. 

She comes from a broken home. She grew up with little to nothing She spends most of her time partaking in illegal activities and spending her afternoons behind bars. 

She was in and out of foster homes until she was fourteen when she was adopted by a family with a son who hates her and dislikes her choice in friends and daily activities. 

When an older guy approaches Dylan and tells her he could give her power, strength, the ability to protect herself and her friends, she jumps on the opportunity. Her new group wasn't much different from her last, still, she was running from the law and getting into fights.

But as her life goes on and she starts battling her long time bully who also turns out to be a scaly lizard-creature with a long-ass tail and venom that can paralyse you from the neck down, the life that she thought abandoned her long ago seems to catch up with her, revealing dark and twisted secrets.
