The Dream Lord, Morpheus, was captured and ensnared by a mortal man, one Robert Regey. He forsook his duties to pursue a wayward Nightmare, with the intent to bind it and return it to the Realm of Nightmares. But ere he can do so, he must recover his lost possessions, that were taken from him in his captivity.
Note: I may use some pictures that aren't mine and to those who are a fan of The Sandman Comic Book Novels, you'll know that this Novel is inspired by the Novels and the TV series too.

* Past my bedtime story Volume 1. * "So, you're some sort of Sandman?" Morpheus closed his eyes at her question. There wasn't a word he hated more. This whole Sandman legend was making this job very difficult, especially when it was a matter of life and death... Charlotte Denver, preferably called Charlie has had nightmares ever since she was a young child. The now twenty-four year old couldn't remember when exactly it started, but she knew it was getting worse each year. Now desperate to get in a good night's sleep more than ever, she resorts to a new method her therapist suggested. Wearing her body out by walking or running each night. And each night, she would have someone watch her. Someone, who would soon realize that maybe Charlie's nightmares didn't come all too natural, like she always thought. Convinced he cursed her a long time ago, Morpheus Oneiroi offers to help. Known to occasionally cure children's sleepless nights with his father Hypnos, the twenty-six year old, tall, dark man is nothing like his reputation. He is rather difficult to work with, at least for Charlie. How the Joy wanes
Dream and Joy a match made in heaven, at least by the gods. Euphrosyne is the wife of Dream the Endless and is the Goddess of Mirth, Good Cheer, and Joy. Her joy is everlasting especially since she is with the Dream King, Prince of Stories. Dream of the Endless is still smarting after his fight with Hob even though years have passed and in a moment of hurt, he banishes his wife. Then he is imprisoned, and she is banished from the Dreaming. He rejects her banishment when he sees her again after being freed. However, her joy has waned due to her banishment, Dream and Joy will need become the match they always were again.Concluida
