Werewolf, Seff Douglas, leader of the Douglas Pack talks his sister, Alina, into taking over her husband's pack by killing him, thus making the packs, one, under Seff.
Through unforseen circumstances, Seff must tuck his tail between his legs and ask to become a member of the Bardawulf Pack.
After Seff becomes a member, Alina notices that she has more on her hands than intended...a war lord of a brother and a husband/leader of something her brother opened her eyes to.
Once before, Alina had trouble with where her loyalty stood but now, with her husband and brother together under one roof, she can see clearly what she wants and must do to lead both the Bardawulf's and Douglas's under her own authority. She must take matters into her own hands with them both if she is to become the leader that she wants to be.
