Aunt May passed away from cancer hours after the helicarrier crashed. Tony Stark had a dream about a certain brown-haired doe eyed kid. Said kid happened to be a orphan after his aunt passed away and was put into a foster home. Tony Stark and Pepper Potts where looking to adopt a kid to sedate a dream they just happened to find the same kid from the dream. Nick Fury was looking to put The Ultimates in a safe house, but with May passing away Spider-Man couldn't provide a safe house. Nick Fury didn't like Tony Stark but would grudgingly put the team with Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Spider-Man just happened to be the kid Tony Stark adopted so Tony Stark would now have to put up with 5 teenagers instead of 1.

Set after endgame. MJ and Ned didn't dust with the rest. QUENTIN BECK/MYSTERIO IS GOOD! TONY IS ACTUALLY ALIVE! Peter is all alone after Tony's death, May was killed in a hit and run and his friends are all older than him now in university/collage. He closes off and becomes more mature, smart and determined. He is more reckless though, not caring if he lives or dies on missions or patrol. One day he meets Quentin Beck, who changes everything. He is a superhero named Mysterio and has elemental powers. They become very close friends, rather like uncle and nephew. Slowly, he begins to close the gap in Peters life and they become New York's favourite duo. Little does the world know, that Anthony Edward Stark/Ironman...is alive. He was in a coma for three months but is now on his feet. The only people who know are: Pepper, Morgan, Happy and Rhodey. Tony hears about the new duo and watches them on TV. He admits they are a great duo but deep down he is jealous. It used to be Ironman and Spider-Man against the world. Peter was one of the only people he let close to him and he was practically his kid but now he is Quentins.
