Bill is a giddy, excitable skeleton on the outside. But, behind that façade is a normal skeleton that has too much to hide. When Nightmare calls for a gang reunion, Bill jumps at the idea. It had been over a decade and a half since he had left the gang and he wanted to catch up with some old friends. What he didn't know was that he would meet someone entirely new. They would seem to go well together, like two pieces in a puzzle.

But then he got attached. He just HAD to get attached.

The book 'I want to help you' by 13TwinklingStars inspired me to start writing this, and then I went off on my own plot. Still, huge props to them for making that, it's an amazing book.

One day Nightmare had enough of the villagers and ate the apple of negativity and leaves Dreamtale empty. When Ink comes to visit Nightmare, he sees that everyone is disappeared, and so did Nightmare. Not mention Dreams new and unusual behaviour towards Ink. Through a series of hapless run-ins, Micheal ends up with four skeletal roommates with bad attitudes and maybe a bit more than the evil on the surface. Nightmare, Horror, Dust and Killer were looking for a home and who was Micheal to deny? He surely didn't want to be unkind. Vi was initially annoyed with the three they considered 'Care Bears' three skeletons that cared a bit too much for their mental health, later on meeting Error, someone they wanted to be better for, Vi might've fallen for the four's words, but they have a lot of hurt inside them, how could they ever be good enough for Dream, Blue, Ink, and Error? Vi would have to be patient with themselves for once. Pluto was unlucky. It was unlucky that he ran into Fell, it was unlucky that he got himself a job at Ebott cities psych ward, where he happened to meet quite the plethora of skeletons and more only kept on coming, gaining Fell as a roommate and Classic, Sci, and Outer as neighbors, Pluto felt maybe he could form attachments again.
