If you want to hear a different story from any other, this could be it. This book is about a former priest who, after his death, became a vampire due to unknown reasons, to this day. He has mercy upon humanity and tries to protect it at all costs, mainly from vampires, and other creatures that despise the human kind.
In this world, vampires are kind, to one another, treating each other like a family, but they despise dearly any other species.
Vorheim is the oldest and strongest vampire in this world. The other vampires are afraid of him and the power that he holds, but they're still determined to try to convince him to join their side, and feed on human blood, but he refuses to do so.
His village was destroyed by vampires and ever since he swore revenge on the creatures of the night, aside the fact that he became one of them.
