Sam Miller is not your average athlete for she is tall, strong & powerful not mention very tough, smart, vocal, driven, and extremely headstrong, and one might say that she had everything that one would need to be able to play her sport at the next level. Oh did we mention that she is the only girl on the Northfield High boys hockey team? Sam's life is going just the way she wanted it too before it was announced that the school was forming a girls hockey team, and that Sam was going to be the face of this new team which causes a sense of excitement to everyone except Sam.
