Lives will be broken, old bonds shattered as new ones are formed, and in the aftermath, many great powers will rise up, all seeking to win the most dangerous game of them all. No one is safe.

Part 2 of 'The Arcane Trilogy' and my version of what a season 2 story could HAVE looked like.

DISCLAIMER: I am a fan of Arcane. I have researched into LoL lore for inspiration, but I will NOT be using this as a faithful prequel to the current game lore. IT WILL BE ITS OWN STORY. This means that I may end up killing characters off before they reach the position they are in the game. I do not own Arcane. Any original characters are of my own making.

THIS STORY WAS PLANNED AND WRITING BEGAN BEFORE SEASON 2 RELEASED. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS SERIES A CANON DIVERGANCE FROM THE ENDING OF SEASON 1. ELEMENTS OF THE CANON SEASON 2 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR BOOK 3.

I threw my arm around her. Then lightly grabbed her face as she had done mine before, "shhhh, it'll be ok, I've got you ..." I whispered. I didn't let go... Cover art adapted from @trixdraws and @saskia Starting where Arcane season 1 (Netflix/Riot) left off. We see a romantic take on possible events with Caitlin and Vi after Jinx hurled her rocket at Piltover. Although this follows Caitlyn and Vi closely there's a lot of story development as well that I'm having fun with. Noxus, Zaun... culminating in a massive battle... I loved Arcane. It left off too soon, so I couldn't wait to write a story based on the series. The animations, music and storytelling coupled with emotion from every character was astounding. I'm excited to see the masterful art Riot will have in store for next season. But while we wait here's something to chew on... I'd say this is mature YA (a bit of language) nothing too explicit here. Absolutely loved this series and cannon from the League of Legends world. I may have started playing LoL before it officially launched in 2009 I personally see myself in the 3 protagonists Caitlyn, Vi, and Jinx. Sharing a lot of their strengths and weaknesses. Freakin love their complexities and want to dive into them more. Please comment, provide, feedback, and share. I'd love to know what you think. * I do not own any of the art or characters. I tried to credit where I could find but feel free to comment so I can update later.

35 parts Complete Mature
(under revision) Caitlyn was the only heir to the throne born because her mother passed away. Left to live in the shadows of her castle, her father only worried about teaching her what he believed was important to rule. He didn't remarry to try for a son, bitter and more powerful than ever. Because he had nothing to lose, not even his own daughter at times. Caitlyn and him drifted apart even more than they were before. Especially as he started treating her solely as an object for his use. Leading her to need some type of escape, some type of fun again. And as her skills in her shot, her strength, and her wit increased. So did her confidence and her will to win, leading her to start sneaking out of the castle gates. Almost every night scaling the buildings and walls to watch the night life in the upper city. Until one night when an incident occurs, causing her to accidentally run into someone. Revealing herself to a complete stranger. Knowing full well that a predicament would arise if that ever happened, she fumbles her way through compromise and bargains to get off easy. But of course, life throws you curve balls and nothing is ever easy. But maybe...maybe that's for the better. ⚠️This is a mature story with mature themes and scenes. Reader discretion advised if you have a sensitivity to abuse, descriptions of injury/light gore, blood, and sex.⚠️ (I never thought I would bring this story from Ao3 to Wattpad...but I'm at home sick and being forced to isolate from my roommates. Top Ranks: #1 in Violyn (1-1-23, 3-4-24, 5-24-24, 3-14-25) #1 in Piltover's Finest (6-12-23) #1 in Caitlyn Kiramman (8-15-23) #1 in Modern Fantasy (11-25-24)

In a world that is torn between peace and war, we follow the story of Mila and Violet, two girls that have had each other's backs since they met. They survived by relying on each other, navigating the dangers of a city constantly on the edge of conflict. But that all changed the night of the explosion - when everything they had built together shattered in an instant. Mila wakes up in a hospital, only to find herself under the guardianship of the Ravencrofts, a well-off family in Piltover. Constrained by the unfamiliar world of luxury and surveillance, she struggles to adapt to life under constant watch, her movements restricted. Despite the attempts of her adoptive parents and Caitlyn, a soon-to-be Piltover enforcer, to guide her, Mila's heart remains tied to Zaun. She yearns for the life she lost and is determined to find her best-friend. When fate finally draws them together, the two are trying to do everything not to lose each other again. Mila's heart races at the sight of Violet, the familiar face igniting a flicker of hope amidst everything else. Yet, a shadow of guilt and longing hangs in the air, as they both grapple with the pain of what they've lost - their childhood innocence and the unbreakable bond they once shared. The story explores the depths of love and loss, asking whether two souls bound by fate can ever truly find their way back to one another when the world conspires to keep them apart.
