Summary:

Although raised as brothers, they are not related whatsoever or so they think? One turtle is keeping a dark secret and it may cost them all their lives or potentially change all their lives. What happens when the Kraang take an interest in one of the turtles? Soon word gets out and one turtle becomes everyone's target. Can the others protect this turtle before it's too late? (Better story inside.) This is AU story. There mutants and humans live together but the relationship between them isn't the best. Leonardo is painted turtle. Raphael is red eared slider. Donatello is razorback musk turtle. Michelangelo is chinese softshell turtle. I write warning here so it won't be a shock: turtles aren't truly brothers and Splinter is only a sensei. It is just "what if" thing. Raph and Leo are step brothers and the story focuses on those two as they deal with family drama.
