WARRANTY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Blue Icon (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as BIT-CCTV) sole liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances whatsoever will BIT-CCTV be liable in any way for any damages in connection with any product or its sale, purchase, or use, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not based on breach of warranty, contract or negligence, even if BIT-CCTV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
