A new Hero?

Blake Ellis is a 16 year old boy living with his dad. He goes to school like a normal teenaged boy, his marks are off the charts in most classes. He's a normal boy, well... during the day. At night he becomes a monster, looking like a demonic gargoyle. He goes by the name of DayBreaker. Blake can control shadows, he is one with the darkness. He's been like this ever since he could remember. He father also knows about his power and chooses to love and protect his only son. With this power, Blade decides to use it for good. To help those who cannot help themselves. Soon though, he gets discovered by the heroes of New York City. The Avengers, they try and capture Blake, trying to see his side of the story. Will it work out for both sides? P.s, this is my first story
