The others had already been gone but her eyes just stared right through him, he had never had such a reaction from a human. Maybe she was already crazy before he got to her. 

He crept up to her face and gently brushed the hair out of it, she was beautiful but she looked dead already. He didn't even have to do it himself.

Waving his left hand in front of her face she slightly jumped at the action before her lips parted and she stared up at him.

Her unwavering odd emotion was still in her eyes as she gazed upon his blood splattered face. 

He grinned, this was very interesting. Never had he found a human this entertaining. After he died in this hospital and reappeared as this "monster" he felt no emotion towards anymore humans.

Not with what he went through, but this human stirred some unknown feelings in his stomach.

His other hand reached up behind her head and he drew himself closer to her face, his hand then connected to the back of her head.

She blinked a few times as she collided into his chest before slumping down, unconscious.

His hands grabbed her upper arms before he stared down at her unconscious face. she reminded him of a deer; but unlike a deer she remained completely still in the face of danger.

This new little prey of his was going to be his entertainment now, he wanted to crack that cold exterior of hers and relish the warm insides, just to see what it was like.
