After the events of the parallel universe, JOKER,  Artis is forced to go back to Arkham, after the craziness she caused. But after, being there for several weeks, Artis gets assigned to a new therapist and that's when she gets Harleen Quinzel they met after Artis found out that she was adopted and she gets to see her again Harleen is a kind pretty blonde, she is a bit crazy too....but not only is Harleen falling for her,


Joker is falling for her too. The clown Queen of Arkham, wants out, but need to find a trusty friend and who knows...

Maybe that friend will turn into her lover?
