He could hear two pairs of footsteps walking up the counter, one being the short curly haired boy he'd taken on as one of his best friends years ago. "Hey Henders-" Steve lost all track of thought in a matter of seconds, his breath was stuck in his throat along with any words he could've possibly thought might help in the situation. Steve is the school douche who only toys with girls who he has never even been close to feeling a connection with, in his mind everyone sucks apart from his best friend robin and the kids he always has to babysit maybe he's right or maybe he hasn't met the somebody who he never thought would change his life and make him realise who he really is. under all of the tough guy act Steve is actually quite a cuddly lovable teddy bear mostly around an unusual Eddie Munson.
