It is hard to fortune his next step, let alone read his intentions. The doctor's sheepish grin would
turn anyone into a scared lamb. That is, what makes him mysterious. Mysterious enough to make a "little girl" very interested in his behaviour. Even trying to get his attention, by making stupid desicions.
