This is a reboot of UA: Villain Rehabitation.
The origins of the character are pretty much the same plot with small differences. His quirk will be quite different than what he has in the original story. If you had already read the original story you will have an idea of what can happen in the story. But of course since it's a reboot, the story core will be different.
