Summary: Y/N knew nothing of the world outside except from the very little happiness she experienced as a kid. Knowing only that she was nothing but a monster in people's eyes. Loki is the new care taker assigned to her for when she isn't being experimented on. Loki has had a privileged but far from perfect life and took this job to get away. He is completely heartbroken, beaten, and a shell of a man. Wary of any kindness shown to him, he finds it odd that Y/N's demeanor is so polite and genuine towards him. What happens when he finds out what is really happening to her and who is responsible? Will both of them finally find happiness?
A/N: There are very serious topics addressed in this series and if it is triggering for you please do not read! Any chapter with an X next to it is when those themes adult and traumatic themes.
