It may have started as soon as they were born but for Atsumu it started when he got his fauna form. A fox just like his brother though that was dead give away from their parents. He was fine with just being that; a fox now his 16th birthday has rolled around and cursed him to be damned. A fox fauna whose an omega both him and his brother are almost the same...almost.
He was way more sensitive to scents unlike his brother who seemed more resistant. Then he was irregular with his heat pattern and sometimes had false heats. He didn't want to downplay his own brothers' problems, but it seemed even his parents favored Osamu over him.
Osamu never puts him down they spend as much time together as humanly possible. If anything, they always have each other through thick and thin.
